Phase 3 Re-Opening & New Summer Hours

Including Updated Store Policy & Procedures

Since May 1st, we have continued to operate behind locked doors with drop-offs and pick-ups, and now with Phase 3 upon us, we are preparing to re-open our doors as we navigate our collective new reality. We will be open starting tomorrow, Saturday May 30th, from 11-4. Read on for store policy and other information.

SUMMER HOURS

Starting June 3rd, until further notice, our hours are

WEDNESDAY — SATURDAY
11 am to 4 pm

While these hours are limited, we are starting out this way in order to manage reduced staff and revenue as we get back on our feet. These hours may change at any time, so please sign-up for our newsletter if you haven't already.

In order to accommodate our customers as much as possible, we are also implementing appointment-only curbside drop-off or pick-up, especially for those who wish to limit exposure to others. Initially, we will set 4 timeslots at 15-minute intervals from 10-11am before we open the doors and adjust as needs arise. Those timeslots will be posted on our website in the very near future, but you may call or email to schedule in the meantime.

In addition, we will soon be adding a pre-check form to the website for you to fill out before dropping off jewelry, watch or clock repairs. We believe this will not only help minimize exposure to each other, but also speed wait times.

We also encourage you to SHOP ONLINE at our new store! If you can't find what you need there, you can also browse our manufacturer showcase and we can order it for you.

New Re-opening Policy
