Any item can be ordered through our online catalog with no obligation to purchase, however custom & made-to-order items like monograms & family jewelry are not returnable or refundable - Pickup or Drop-Ship
In-stock items from our manufacturer typically arrive in our store within 1-2 business days. Any items not purchased within 3 weeks will automatically be returned. We can also arrange to have the item(s) drop-shipped directly to you
