Store Guidelines for Phase 4

At this time, we are continuing to operate with limited summer hours and expect it to continue through July. These hours may change at any time, however, so please sign-up for our newsletter if you haven't already.

Our appointment-only curbside drop-off or pick-up has been popular! We allow 4 time slots at 15-minute intervals from 10-11 am before we open the doors. You can now sign up online to book an appointment.

Want to help speed up your visit for jewelry, watch or clock repair drop-offs? Fill out our pre-check form so we can get you in the system faster. We will still need to review the repair with you to be sure the details are correct, but we think this will help minimize wait times and exposure to each other.

We also encourage you to SHOP ONLINE! If you can't find what you need there, you can also browse our manufacturer showcase and we can order it for you.

Phase 4 Store Policy

We are following guidelines set by the Governor's Restore Illinois plan, and in accordance with IL Dept of Public Health and CDC. 

Our store will:

• Allow a maximum of 5 customers, with 6-ft distances marked on floor & counters
• Frequently disinfect countertops and other hard surfaces such as door handles and credit card processor (which is already touch-free)

Employees will:

• Wear a mask and gloves
• Maintain a 6-ft distance from others as much as possible
• Use hand sanitizer before and after each customer
• Use trays, tweezers and ziploc bags for item intake in order to handle as little as possible
• Clean items in solution or wipe/spray with disinfectant before and after repair

We ask you to:

• Wear a mask at all times (note that we require masks to enter & remain in our store)
• Maintain a 6-ft distance from others (our carpeting is marked with tape as a guide)
• Make use of hand sanitizer provided in the store
• PLEASE stay home if you or someone you live with is experiencing or recently has had cold- or flu-like symptoms
