We are located next to the Evanston South Branch U.S. Postal Service. Metered parking is available on the street or in the public parking lots 1/2 block west of the store. We are also easily accessible via the CTA Purple Line or Metra.
Repair Status
We contact customers as soon as their repair job is complete and ready for pickup. If you do need to call about a repair, however, and we are unable to answer the phone due to the heavy volume of customers in the store, please leave us a detailed message, including
- Your name (please spell last name)
- Phone number
- Job ticket number, if available
- Type of jewelry, watch or clock being repaired (for example, mens’ quartz wristwatch, mantel clock, or ladies’ gold chain).
We will return your call as soon as we can.
